Online Applicants Distance education at West Texas A&M University is a flourishing program that allows students to pursue undergraduate and graduate degrees completely and partially without ever setting foot on campus. Programs Programs offered completely online include, but are not limited to: Finishing degrees for students who meet degree requirements include, but are not limited to: Partial programs (most but not all coursework offered online) include: Application Process Students interested in online studies apply to the University as any other student. Students with less than 12 credit hours apply as a freshman. Students with 12 or more credit hours apply as a transfer. Students seeking graduate admission apply as a graduate student. Fee Information Online courses have an additional $40, per semester hour, Distance Education fee. To view tuition and fees, visit the Cost of Attending WTAMU page. However, a Distance Education Fee Waiver form is available, each semester, to true distance education students who take all online courses. The Distance Education Fee Waiver form will waive Recreational Sports fees, Health fees and other fees the student could not reasonably use.
