Significant Projects:

Project engineer for the removal of underground petroleum storage tanks
in Chicago, Illinois. Developed and implemented soil and groundwater sampling
plans. Supervised construction personnel during 2 months of on-site remediation
activities.

Permitted and designed two mining projects in Idaho and Alaska. Evaluated
surface and groundwater hydrology. Statistically analyzed weather data,
and estimated amounts and effects of surface runoff using the computer
codes TR-20 and HEC-1. Performed an erosion and sedimentation analyses,
and designed sedimentation control structures. Oversaw drilling of a 500
ft. deep water well, and performed pump tests to estimate aquifer parameters.

Designed shallow and deep foundations for a hazardous waste landfill and
waste solidification facility near Denver, CO. Sized strip footings, spread
footings, and drilled piers for stringent settlement specifications. Performed
slope stability analyses for landfill sidewalls.

Performed litigation support for a superfund site in Oregon. Evaluated
timely soil and water quality data to determine major contributors. Sampled
on-site soils and sludges to characterize current conditions. Interacted
with attorneys and prepared reports and presentation material for use in
the litigation process.
