4.6 | Damages or Losses

4.6.A | Residents are responsible for keeping the premises (room/hall) and its contents in good order, free from damage, both by themselves and their guests. Residents will be held accountable for any damage they cause in common areas, university property, and resident rooms.

4.6.B | In situations where no individual can be held accountable for damages, the Office of Residential Living reserves the right to "group bill" all residents that may have been associated with damages. Each resident understands and agrees that they are responsible for the replacement cost for any insurance for loss or theft of personal items.
