4.18 | Vandalism
4.18.A | Residents who remove, destroy, or deface any property or area related to the university or Residential Living (including vandalism of the elevators, ceilings, and grounds surrounding the buildings) are subject to disciplinary action and will be required to pay any damages, as well as criminal charges as outlined by Texas law.
